Roof & Gutter
Restoration

Remove rust, moss, lichen, and failed coatings from metal roofing, gutters, and downpipes before re-coating. Laser cleaning reaches into profile ridges and corrugations that pressure washing cannot.

Metal roofing suffers from rust, moss, lichen growth, and failed coatings within years of installation if not maintained properly. When it comes time to re-coat, the surface must be properly prepared — loose and failing paint removed, rust treated, and the surface brought back to a clean, bondable condition.

Pressure washing removes loose material but cannot adequately clean the corrugation valleys, cannot remove rust or tightly adhered old coating, and drives water into the building through every penetration and fixing. Hand scraping is slow and misses the profile valleys. Our laser cleaning reaches into every ridge and valley of corrugated iron, standing seam, and box profile roofing — removing everything down to clean metal or intact primer without a drop of water.

The result is a surface that new roof coatings actually bond to — not just paint applied over loose material that will lift within a season. We work nationwide on residential, commercial, and agricultural roofing. Our mobile equipment operates at height on scaffolding or elevated platforms.

Applications

  • Standing seam metal roofs
  • Gutters, valleys & downpipes
  • Fascia & barge boards
  • Ridge caps & hip flashings
  • Skylights & roof penetrations
  • Commercial roof plant & equipment
  • Agricultural shed roofing
Why laser for roofing

Prepare right — coat once,
not twice

Reaches into profile ridges
Corrugated iron roofing collects rust and failed coating in the valley folds where pressure washing and hand tools cannot reach effectively. Laser cleaning follows the profile, cleaning into every ridge and valley.
Clean, bondable surface for new coating
New roof coatings applied over rust, moss, or failed paint fail prematurely. Laser cleaning removes everything down to bare metal or clean primer — the new coating bonds directly to what it should and lasts significantly longer.
Dry process — no water ingress risk
Pressure washing on roofing risks water penetration into the building through flashings, ridge caps, and fixings. Our dry laser process cleans the roof without a drop of water on the surface.
Reduces waste and runoff
Pressure-washing roof coatings sends paint flakes, rust particles, and moss slurry into gutters, downpipes, and stormwater. Laser cleaning captures particulate at source — clean process, no stormwater contamination.
